Your rights

- As per Article 130, paragraph 4, of Legislative Decree 196/2003 we advise you that the law regulating the protection of personal data permits Ripar to use your data for the direct sale of products similar to those that have already purchased - without any obligation to obtain your prior consent - provided that you do not refuse to allow such use of the e-mail address previously released.
- As per the Authority Provision of 19 June 2008 on the simplification of requirements for data-processing operations for administrative or accounting purposes, we also advise you that the Privacy Authority's provision permits Ripar to use your postal address for sending advertising for similar product – along with administrative and accounting documents. We periodically check that the data-collection overseers have fulfilled their tasks and that they continue to offer suitable guarantees of full compliance with the provisions regarding the protection of personal data.
Your data is subsequently processed by our employees assigned to specific services; the categories of employees involved in these activities depend on the purposes for which the data was communicated and are always specified in the information that we present to you at the point of collecting your personal information.

Safety measures

We adopt security measures measured to minimize the risk of data destruction or loss - accidental or otherwise - as well as any unauthorized access or any data-collection treatment not allowed or not in accordance with the data-collection purposes indicated in our Privacy Policy.
