How to request a return and under which conditions. We want you to shop informed and with peace of mind.
You have 15 days from delivery to request a return. Write to us at info@ripar.com quoting your order number: we will guide you through every step.
As these are cosmetics, for hygiene and safety reasons we can only accept returns of unopened, intact products in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
Once the product has been received and checked, we refund the returned products using the same payment method used for the order.
