To outline the shape of the eyes, apply the Eye Pencil before the eyeshadow, starting from the outer corner of the eye and moving inwards. To create a fashion make-up, apply the pencil also on the mobile eyelid. For eyebrow makeup, draw short strokes following the hair, looking for an effect that is as natural as possible. For best results, the pencil must always be well sharpened.
