Apply the Eyeliner to the base of the lashes, gently tracing a line starting from the inner corner of the eye and going outwards, with a steady hand and keeping the eyelid slightly lowered. For the reconstruction of the eyebrows, draw small strokes with the tip of the brush trying to reproduce the fluff to obtain the most natural effect possible.
